Information about yourself : I am self employed, so master of my own destiny when it comes to gaming time, have been a computer gamer since ZX Spectrum days so guess I can consider myself "old school" Outside of Wow I participate in Cricket (An odd English game) A local Pool league (primarily fot the drinking and social side of things)

Previous Guild History : https://www.wowprogress.com/character/eu/lightbringer/Noffsmir . Or http://www.warcraftrealms.com/charsheet/40678125 As you can see been in very few guilds, guild hopping not in my nature (Knights of Old became Activity, Theory became Concept) so in 10 years of playing 5 guilds, so not a guild hopper!
Current Spec : Affliction, which has been my build since Vanilla
Raid Availability : 7 days a week, although Tuesdays in the Winter (Pool) and Saturdays in the summer (Cricket) will be an issue
Recent WoL/WWS Logs : https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/id/13295551 ( I am on portal duty / buff pick ups drop offs on on Portal Keeper)
Why do you want to join Depthcore? :I've ben on the Lightbringer realm for 10 / 12 years, kind of forget tbh, but it's been a while! As is well documented realm community is not what it once was, so there comes a time when one has to look at ones own aims in the game, and as much as I would find it difficult to leave a guild / realm, whom I have built up friendships with, there comes a point when you have to look past that and think of what one wants out of a WoW, I have put off sucj applications for a few expansions but now I feel I have gone as far as I can with my current guild and need to look beyond lightbringer to a guild in the 500 -1 000 range to push myself to higher goals
What would you consider to be the "Hardest" encounter for you so far? : Very difficult to say, the grind for gear in Vanilla was hard, the gating in TBC was hard, jut to get yourself to a position to actually have the gear to encounter a boss was a grind, but for those with the persistence (Something I have in abundance) was worth it. I also think that era in WoWs history was he hardest in dealing with multiple mechanics. As Wow stands now a lot of the game is dealing with the mechanics, but one fail of the other 19 you are raiding with wil lead to a wipe, which is more frustrating than "hard". Most bosses are learn the mechanics and deal with it, then learn to min / max. Ancient history as a new person to raiding Kara was hard !, but hope I have come a long way a s a raider since then. , the Dragon Soul was probably the first hard and unforgiving encounter I came across. Since probably MoP most have been standard learn it, learn it well, do the mechanics. (Although I hated with a passion that boss that had you on a conveyor belt ( I have blanked it out of my mind! ) Oh and of course that horrible PvP boss in TotGC!

Do you have anything special to tell us? : I think most is covered, above, I do however think it is important to mention that I play this game a lot, maybe too much! as my AP level (87) shows, but this is all in an effort to get the most out of my main, as a long time player of WoW I have seen all of it before, nothing will stress me out, I will wipe all night if that what it takes to get that kill, A recent trend I have found on my current realm is the now now now generation of players, who will rage quit after two weeks of wiping on a boss, that ain't me and am looking for 19 like minded people which is hard on my current realm.Guess the best way of summing up my attitude towards raiding is "old school"
Additional information: Pretty sure have covered it all now
Any Alts? : Have a 110 in each class 920 - 960 ilvl but rarely use

Final words : A final thought, I am earnestly looking to move my main to a more progressive raiding guild in order to push myself further. I've been around a long time, no drama will come from me, nor will any surprise me. Loot, never cared about it, it's a means to an end and will soon be defunct next patch. I will raid 24/7 if needed to achieve my goals (except Pool and Cricket of course!). Do I look upon WoW as a job ? Yes to a degree, the more you put in the more you will get out, that's real life in a nutshell.
