Name : Emil Hammer

Age & Location : 20. Oslo,Norway

Warcraftlogs Profile :

Information about yourself : I'm a veteran wow player, been playing since release. Currently working as a bouncer, which will not interfere with raid times what so ever.

Content Cleared (Existing Tier + History): Currently 5/8 Uldir Mythic. Cleared ICC 25M HC, stopped raiding until Legion. Afterwards cleared 2/7 Emerald Nightmare with a decent ranking. Unfortunatly my PC broke down and I werent able to buy myself a new one until ToS was released. Cleared ToS 7/9, both with Why No Love, later dispanded due to attendence issues. Went for Antorus with Disposition as a trial, IRL problems came up and I couldn't play through my trial unfortunaly. This is a guild that finished
World 42.

Previous Guild History : Currently im in Do Not Release, which is despanding due to a lot of reasons. I have been contemplating leaving this guild for quite a while, but I decided to stay loyal to them since loyalty is something that is really important to me. And whenever a raid went better then the last one I kinda felt like things were looking up.

Past raiding achievements and world rankings : ICC 25 M HC. Would have cleared all legion raids at high rankings if there wasn't for situations that made me unable.

Current Spec(s) : Frost/Unholy

Raid Availability : Can raid all days of the week.

Recent Warcraft Logs : - This is much of the reason I want to find myself a better guild. A guild with solid progression and little to no problems reclearing.

Why do you want to join Depthcore? : I have wanted to raid with an Alliance guild for a very long time. And after a while searching through alliance guilds, I think that Depthcore can suit me well. As I want to achieve the same things and grow as you do, both individually and as a team. As well as filling in the spot as the #1 dk in the guild, playing both specs ofc.

Name x2 things you love to see in a raiding guild : First of all to be a part of a community where eveyone has the same goal is something I enjoy very much. Where there can be jokes at times where its sutiable and when its time to focus up, everyone takes it seriously. In addition, progress in World of Warcraft, both as a team and individually, is one of the best feelings you can get, if you ask me.

Name x2 things you hate to see in a raiding guild : As I mentioned briefly in the question over, I like jokes and all when its suitable, but when its time to focus up, people should take it seriously. I have experienced that with some guilds, and that really grinds my gears.
Another example has to be when people don't acknowledge there mistakes, moreover if you are given constructive criticism and don't accept it.
P.S Attendance Issues.

What are your views around benching people for raid composition or performance issues? : Everything that benefits the team, benefits me as well.

What would you consider to be the "Hardest" encounter for you so far? : In this tier I havent really experienced any of the encounters so far as challenging, I am a player that uses countless hours minmaxing, researching, theorycrafting etc on each encounter, as this benefits everyone.

How do you keep your character up-to-date? : First of all doing all the necessary content such as m+, ap farm, heroic raids etc, getting my stacks for array, staying up to date on class changes, racial changes, In addition, making sure I have the right stat weights.

Current Hardware :
2x Benq GL2450H
2x Intel Pentium(R)CPU G4400 3.30GHz
Radeon (TM) RX 480

Interface/Raiding Addon's List : Deadly Boss Mods/Big Wigs, RCLootCouncil, WeakAuras, Damage Parsers, Exorsus Raid Tools, GTFO, Angry Assignments.

User Interface Screenshot(s) :

Day's Played : 79 on this character. 500+ days on account.

Internet Connection & Stability : 11 ms, 132 Down - 160 Up

Do you have anything special to tell us? : I have been playing this game since the day it was released and been in and out of the High End community in both PvP and PvE aspects of the game. As well as I have been playing sports since I was a little kid. Because of this I have always been a person that strives to be better at what I love. In addition, this has led me to appreciate constructive criticism, because this only helps me improve. I would also like to mention that I am a consitent player that, as written earlier, considers loyalty as a very important value. I would also like to add that I truly think that I would give something to the guild and the roster.

Additional information :

Any Alts? : Hammer - Retribution Paladin, soon mythic ready. As well as I am leveling a hunter so I can be able to benefit the guild with a boss that requires a ranged heavy comp.

Contact information : LadyHardon#2450 - BattleTag | Mercüry#0323 - Discord

Tell us a joke : Implicity's Dps

Final comments : Looking forward to hearing from you. And hopefully competing alongside you for high rankings in the future tiers.

Hi Emil,

Thank you for considering our guild.

I'm going to ask you and your 2 friends the same questions.

What if we only pick 1 or 2 of you guys. Are you a package deal?
Same goes if 1 were to get benched for a raid and the other gets to go.

On a different note, the first week of a new tier we raid extra.
This being 3 raids on the first wednesday (8:00 in the morning, 13:00 in the afternoon and 20:00 in the evening), and the sunday aswell.
This is a one time thing every tier.

Does this fit for you?

I would of course love it if we all could be accepted, but understand that this is not something we can demand from a guild at this level. Anyhow this is first and foremost about what I want to achieve in this game for myself and the team I am playing with. Same with being benched I see no problem with one of us being benched for either performance issue, comp etc.

The raid times is no problem at all for me.

Thank you for the quick response!

I have just declined Frooschy for reasons explained in his thread.

I'm wondering if this has effect on your application?

Hey Emil

As you might have noticed, I declined 2 of your friends now.
Can you reconfirm if you are still interested.

If so, I would like to offer you a trial with us.

Regards, Uppel
