Name : Constantin

Age & Location : 23, Germany

Warcraftlogs Profile : https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/ravencrest/x%C3%A2bbu

Information about yourself : I'm currently a CS student working on my masters.

Content Cleared (Existing Tier + History): The only meaningful progression for me is Uldir. I raided casually before but never on a high level.

Previous Guild History :

no limits(outland) -> First guild after my return for BFA. They decided they wanted to be a more social guild which didn't fit my expectations.
Disorder(Ravencrest) -> Guild disbanded shortly after my realm transfer. I was there for 2-3 weeks, made it through trial and then people stopped showing up to raids.
Dyslexics untie -> This is my current guild. We will stop raiding after Ghuun, which is why i'm looking to change guilds. While not officially the healing officer, I am currently the one planning the fights from a healing viewpoint. I'm also going through logs after raid days to see how everyone is executing on their cd windows and suggesting changes accordingly.

Past raiding achievements and world rankings : -

Current Spec(s) : Mistweaver, Resto Druid, Semi-geared Holy Paladin

Raid Availability : Every day

Recent Warcraft Logs : https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/T7ywKnQ8r6zqaDRk#fight=72

Why do you want to join Depthcore? : My current guild is disbanding after the Ghuun kill, and now I am looking for a slightly more progress oriented guild. I found you on wowprogress and it sounded like a good fit.

Name x2 things you love to see in a raiding guild : Dedicated people who dont rely solely on the raidleader to guide them through fights but actually put in the work themselves to see what works well. A good, firendly atmosphere in the guild.

Name x2 things you hate to see in a raiding guild : panicked coms during progression pulls, high member turnover

What are your views around benching people for raid composition or performance issues? : Both are necessary in my opinion.

What would you consider to be the "Hardest" encounter for you so far? : Since i don't have much previous experience, the hardest encounter so far would have to be Ghuun, simply due to the amount of mechanics involved compared to other fights.

How do you keep your character up-to-date? : In terms of gearing my character, i am running multiple mythic+ keys a week, Gearing in raids is currently difficult because we are extending for ghuun progression, otherwise I'd be reclearing every week. For keeping up with the meta I research current logs before every encounter and regularly during progression on these encounters. I look specifically at rotations on different damage phases as well as gearing options. For choosing the correct gear for every fight i am using healer stat weights. For general information on mistweavers i am part of the PeakOfSerenity Discord, which i browse occasionally. Before every encounter I also look at 1 or 2 MW POV videos to see exactly what other people are doing in terms of positioning and rotation.

Current Hardware : 1060 and i5-6600K

Interface/Raiding Addon's List :

Exorsus Raid Tools

Skada

VocalRaidAssistant

WeakAura

ElvUI

BigWigs

User Interface Screenshot(s) : https://imgur.com/a/xrfYsXt

Day's Played : On my Monk(new main): 25 days, on my pala(old main): 75 days, on druid: 23 days

Internet Connection & Stability : stable 50Mbit connection

Do you have anything special to tell us? :

Additional information :

Any Alts? : Semi-geared Druid and Paladin, working on a Priest now.

Why did the scarecrow get a promotion? He was outstanding in his field.

Final comments :
I realize i'm somewhat of a newcomer with only this raid tier to show for, but I believe that I am able to raid at the level required to complement your team. I evaluate myself critically, I spend a lot of time looking through logs trying to find issues with my own playstyle, my spell usage or just general strategy optimizations. The progress you see on my current character is what I have achieved after a clean start 3-4 months ago. I believe there is still a lot of room for improvements and i'm getting better every raid. As to other achievement I have been spending a lot of time in m+ as well, with my best runs at the start of the expansion being around top 100 at that time. My progress has significantly slowed down since I got into my current guild though, since I have spent a lot more time raiding and also preparing for raids, but I still run 15/16 keys occasionally and am currently at 1550 r.io.
I would be very happy to join your team and finally settle down in a progress oriented guild. With my studies mostly done and a lot of time on my hands I am currently in a perfect spot to get into raiding progression.

Hi there,

I'm going to have to decline your application on the grounds that your experience is far too low for our guild and the direction we're heading in for the next few tiers. I wish you good luck on your guild search.

Thanks again.
